On November 7, 1994, on the basis of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-982, the state-joint-stock railway "Uzbekistan Railways" was established as part of the railway transport network parts, enterprises, organizations and institutions located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 1 company was established. Also, on this date, the Department of Carriage Management, which is part of the company, was established. Today, the wagon management department includes Tashkent, Bukhara, Termiz, Karshi, Kokan and Kungirot wagon depots.
