A training seminar was held at the Kokand wagon depot!

🚉 Based on Order No. 74-NZ dated February 11, 2025, issued by the Chief Engineer of "Uzbekistan Railways" JSC, Sh.T. Kadirov, a training seminar was held at the Kokand wagon depot on February 19-20, with the participation of deputy heads for repairs from all wagon depots and employees of the freight wagon accounting department. During the training seminar, participants were introduced to the technology of repairing freight wagons and the maintenance of regulatory and technical documentation at the Kokand wagon depot. They also exchanged experiences with one another. The depot managers listened to presentations from deputy heads on improving repair quality, increasing work efficiency, and digitizing the industry. Additionally, a presentation was held on the draft "Guidelines for Accounting for Existing Faulty Freight Wagons and Their Repairs." As part of this training seminar, participants' knowledge was tested through theoretical and practical assessments. Based on the results of the theoretical and practical assessments, the winners among the deputy heads for repairs were: 🥇 1st place – Deputy Head of the Bukhara Wagon Depot, Ashrapov Jamol Jo’rayevich 🥈 2nd place – Deputy Head of the Kokand Wagon Depot, Jamoldinov Bilolliddin Shavkatjon o’g’li 🥉 3rd place – Deputy Head of the Andijan Wagon Depot, Raximov G’ulomjon Xamitjanovich Among the employees of the freight wagon accounting department, the winners were: 🥇 1st place – Dispatcher of the Samarkand Wagon Depot, Timerbayev Daniel Eduardovich 🥈 2nd place – Dispatcher of the Khavast Wagon Depot, Maxkamov Izzat Anvar o’g’li 🥉 3rd place – Dispatcher of the Karshi Wagon Depot, To’rayev Shaxzod Ravshan o’g’li The winners were awarded diplomas and valuable commemorative gifts. Additionally, employees of the freight wagon accounting department were trained on the topic "Accounting for Existing Faulty Freight Wagons and Their Repairs" and were issued certificates.
