Maintenance - TO Maintenance is carried out in order to maintain the serviceability of all components of the cars. This is of great importance for ensuring the safety of the train on the tracks. Checks within the framework of TO can be carried out in formed or transit trains, and also carried out when preparing empty cars for loading. In this case, uncoupling from the main group of cars is not required. Routine uncoupling repair - TR-1 The main task of the current repair of cars is to ensure the operability of the car. It can include both repair and complete replacement of certain components. In this case, everything depends on the condition of the cars at the time of diagnostics. TR-1 is the repair of empty cars. It is carried out when preparing the train for loading. In this case, the car itself is uncoupled from the main train and transferred to special tracks, where the repair is carried out. For the period of repair, the car is transferred to the non-working yard. Routine uncoupling repair — TR-2 TR-2 repair is carried out on a loaded or empty car, which is part of a transit or arriving train. In this case, it is also uncoupled and transferred to the repair point.

Major repairs with extension of useful life – KRP The main feature of such car repairs is the technical inspection of the condition of all main and auxiliary components. If necessary, the masters replace them and assign a new service life to the cars.
