🚉 The final stage of the “Most Active Young Specialist” competition in the field of Wagon Management has taken place!

✅ On April 6 of this year, in accordance with the execution of Order No. 91-N dated March 3, 2025, by the Chairman of the Board of "Uzbekistan Railways" JSC, Z.G. Narzullayev, regarding the organization of the “Most Active Young Specialist” competition, and with the aim of preparing modern, knowledgeable, and intellectually capable personnel, and selecting promising young specialists in the field, the final stage of the “Most Active Young Specialist-2025” competition in the field of Wagon Management was held. 1️⃣ The first 📚 theoretical knowledge test of the competition was conducted in the form of a test at Tashkent State Transport University. 2️⃣ The second 🏗 practical knowledge test of the competition was held at the Tashkent Freight Wagon Depot. Here, the participants' knowledge was evaluated through practical tests. According to the results of the competition: 🥇 1st place was awarded to Norboyev Dilshod Alisher o'g'li, a wagon inspector at the Tashkent Wagon Operation Section of the Wagon Management Department. 🥈 2nd place was awarded to Baratov Abror Shavkat o'g'li, a wagon inspector at the Karshi Wagon Depot of the Wagon Management Department. 🥉 3rd place was awarded to Nurullayev Bobir Nodirovich, an engineer-technologist at "O'zvagonta'mir" JSC. 🔝 The success of our young specialists is a result of their diligence, responsibility toward their profession, high level of knowledge, and self-confidence!
